Hey!

I'm a general partner at a venture firm Runa Capital, which invests in early-stage enterprise software and deep tech startups. I focus on open source, developer tools, infrastructure software (cloud, AI/ML, etc).

Besides VC investing, I support selected non-profit projects boosting progress: open source, STEM education, human capital development, digital-first charities, and especially endowments.

Having a background in maths, physics &  computer science, I enjoy experimenting with tech things before they become mainstream: programming (since 2005), tech startups (since 2009), machine learning (since 2011), and Bitcoin (since 2013).

Both as a VC investor and a philanthropist, I am strongly interested in open source and eager to contribute to OSS in various ways.
